Hold the green cabbage upright and slice it thinly all the way down.

Add the sliced green cabbage to a big bowl.

Cut the red cabbage the same exact way as the green cabbage.

Add the sliced red cabbage to the bowl.

Roughly chop the cilantro.

Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.

Fold the green onions close and cut them into thin slices.

Add the sliced green onions to the bowl.

Cut both ends off the radishes and then slice them thinly.

Add the sliced radishes to the bowl.

Cut the red onion in half and then do thin slices.

Add the sliced red onion to the bowl.

Dice the Roma tomatoes into nice little squares.

Add the diced tomatoes to the bowl.

Squeeze the juice of five limes all over the ingredients in the bowl.

Add about a quarter cup of vinegar to the bowl.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Give all the ingredients a really good toss.

1 green cabbage
1 red cabbage
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onion
1 bunch radishes
1 red onion
5 Roma tomatoes
5 limes
0.25 cup vinegar
to taste salt
to taste pepper

Tips
Let the slaw sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a yummier taste.
Wash your vegetables thoroughly.
