Directions

  1. 1Mix ice and ice cream salt in a bowl.
  2. 2Pour milk into a shaker.
  3. 3Add protein powder to the shaker and mix.
  4. 4Pour the mix from the shaker into a ziplock bag.
  5. 5Place the ziplock bag inside the bowl with ice and salt.
  6. 6Freeze for 20-30 minutes and stir occasionally.
  7. 7After freezing, mix in Oreos.

  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1 cup Ice cream salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 scoops Protein powder
  • 1 cup Oreos
