Directions
1
Grab your favorite steak and turn it into cute cubes.
2
Drizzle the steak with a light amount of oil.
3
Season the steak with a pinch of salt and pepper.
4
Prepare green onions by splitting them in half, then in fourths, and running a knife through them.
5
Optionally, split the green part of the onions in half and stack them for thin shreds.
6
Slice the top and bottom of the bell pepper, cut down the line, and remove the core.
7
Slice the bell pepper into quarters and then to your preferred thickness.
8
Get your wok nice and hot.
9
Drop the steak into the hot wok.
10
After two minutes, pull the steak out of the wok and allow them to rest.
11
In the pan drippings, add green onion and regular onion.
12
After a few minutes, when the onions are cooked down, add the bell pepper.
13
Toss and turn the bell pepper for a couple of minutes.
14
Toss in the cooked rice noodles, a couple of knobs of butter, and sizzle sauce.
15
Toss and gloss the noodles.
16
Throw in all the cooked steak.
17
Add the reserved green onions for garnish.
