1Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders using a fork.
2Add avocado oil, adobo all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons of salt, and black pepper to the chicken tenders.
3Mix the seasonings and oil into the chicken.
4Pour the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes into a pan.
5Add the chicken tenders to the pan to cook.
6Cook the chicken until about 75% done, then remove it from the pan.
7Add some onion to the pan and sauté.
8Add three cloves of garlic to the pan and sauté.
9Add about half the jar of sun-dried tomatoes to the pan.
10Cut some of the sun-dried tomatoes in half with scissors.
11Pour a pint of heavy cream into the pan.
12Season with red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
13Add a large pinch of salt to the sauce.
14Grate fresh Parmesan cheese into the sauce.
15Add about two handfuls of washed spinach to the sauce and let it wilt down.
16Add the cooked chicken back into the pan with all the juices.
17Cover the pan and let it cook on low to medium heat for 7-10 minutes.
18Garnish with parsley.
19Serve the Tuscan Chicken with potatoes.

Tips
