Directions

  1. 1Colocar las uvas en un molde para hornear.
  2. 2Agregar sal, aceite de oliva y balsámico.
  3. 3Hornear las uvas hasta que estén suaves.

  5. 5Agregar el jamón alrededor de la burrata.
  6. 6Colocar las uvas asadas sobre la burrata y el jamón.
  7. 7Agregar pistachos y tomillo.
  8. 8Añadir pimienta.

  • 4 slices jamón
  • 1 handful pistachos
  • 1 sprig tomillo
