3Add green cardamoms, cinnamon stick, rosemary leaves, cloves, and bay leaf.
4Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and chilli powder.
5Add yoghurt and fried onion.
6Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl.
7Mix all the ingredients well with the meat using your hands.
8Pour mustard oil and vegetable oil into the slow cooker.
9Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon stick into the slow cooker.
10Add sliced onion and ginger garlic chilli paste.
11Stir the mixture in the slow cooker.
12Add the marinated goat meat to the slow cooker and cook until it is brown on the outside for roughly 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
13Add turmeric powder and coriander powder.
14Stir the mixture thoroughly.
15Add crushed tomatoes.
16Add water and stir again.
17Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
18Serve the goat curry in a bowl.
19Garnish with fresh coriander.

Tips
You can use lamb or mutton instead of goat meat.
This curry is very versatile, you can make it in a slow cooker, oven, or on a gas stove.
Serve it with roti, naan, rice, or anything you fancy, it will be a hit every single time.
For the marinade, mix all the ingredients and set aside for at least 4-5 hours or overnight for best results.
For oven users, please transfer everything into a baking dish or a cast iron oven pot, cover with foil or a lid, and cook this for 2 hours at 160 degrees Celsius. Check after an hour and give it a stir.
