Directions

  1. 1Turn burner onto medium-high heat.
  2. 2Grease skillet with butter and add cookie dough.
  3. 3Add skillet to griddle and cover with a dome or close hood to circulate heat.
  4. 4Bake for 40 minutes until the middle of the cookie is half baked and the outer layer is a crispy golden brown.
  5. 5Remove cookie skillets from griddle.
  6. 6On low, melt Heavy Whipping Cream and Chocolate Chips.
  7. 7Add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, drizzle with chocolate and Enjoy!

  • 0.33 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 0.5 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 12 oz Cookie Dough
  • Butter
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
