Directions

1Brown 1 pound of ground beef.
2Add half of a yellow onion, some minced garlic, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3Add about a fourth a cup of diced mushrooms.
4Add some Worcestershire sauce and some Dijon mustard.
5Add 4 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of heavy cream.
6Once it comes to a boil, add 12 ounces of egg noodles.
7Let the noodles cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
8Add in 1 cup of sour cream.
9Give it a good mix and it's ready to serve.
