Directions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil until it’s a uniform mixture.
  3. 3Use a cookie scoop or spoon to shape the mix into approximately 12 even meatballs and place them on the sheet pan.
  4. 4Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  6. 6Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
