Directions
- 1Separate the hard-boiled egg whites from the yolks.
- 2Dice the egg whites.
- 3Mash the egg yolks.
- 4Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, vinegar, and seasoning to the mashed egg yolks.
- 5Whisk the egg yolk mixture until combined.
- 6Add the prepared pasta to the egg yolk mixture.
- 7Add the sautéed sweet and green onions.
- 8Add the diced egg whites.
- 9Add the diced bacon.
