Directions

  1. 1Boil a pot of water.
  2. 2Cook the pasta for about 10-13 minutes.
  3. 3While the noodles cook, season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  4. 4Cook chicken on a skillet over medium heat on both sides until internal temperature reads 160°F.
  5. 5Rest the cooked chicken in a bowl.
  6. 6Using the same skillet, melt butter for the Cajun Alfredo sauce.
  7. 7Add flour, seasoning, cream, and Parmesan to the melted butter.
  8. 8Stir the sauce until thick and creamy.
  9. 9Once the fettuccine is finished, cut the chicken.
  10. 10Add the cooked fettuccine and cut chicken to the skillet with the sauce.
  11. 11Garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
