Directions
- 1Cut and serve the cake.
- 2Place egg whites in a bowl.
- 3Add almonds to a chopper and chop them.
- 4Add sugar to egg whites and mix.
- 5Add chopped almonds to the egg white mixture and mix them well.
- 6Use a piping bag to pipe the almond mixture onto a baking sheet.
- 7Pour milk into a glass.
- 8Pour more milk into a saucepan.
- 9Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
- 10Add cornstarch to the egg yolks and whisk.
- 11Add milk and mix.
- 12Pour the mixture into the saucepan.
- 13Add white chocolate and mix.
- 14Use a piping bag to pipe the filling onto an almond layer inside a cake ring.
- 15Add another almond layer.
- 16Add another layer of filling.
- 17Repeat the process to make multiple layers.
- 18Chop Daim chocolate bars.
- 19Melt chocolate chips with oil.
- 20Add chopped Daim chocolate bars to the melted chocolate and mix.
- 21Pour the chocolate mixture over the cake.
