In a bowl, add light and dark soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic paste, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and water.

Mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined.

Heat a pan on high heat and add the beef mince.

Cook the beef mince for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.

Add half of the prepared sauce and some chopped green onions to the cooked beef.

Mix and cook the beef with the sauce and green onions until golden and crispy.

Set the crispy beef aside.

In the same pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, and green onion.

Cook until fragrant.

Add sliced red onion and bell pepper to the pan.

Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes until soft.

Add cooked egg noodles to the pan with the vegetables.

Pour the remaining half of the sauce over the noodles and vegetables.

Mix until the noodles are well combined with the sauce and vegetables.

Add the crispy beef and some additional green onions to the noodles.

Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.

Serve the noodles evenly into four servings.

30 g Honey
35 g Sweet Chilli Sauce
25 g Rice Vinegar
60 g Chilli Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
20 ml Water
800 g Beef Mince
100 g Chopped Green Onion
1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
1 Medium Red Onion Sliced
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced
220 g Medium Egg Noodles

Tips
Cook the beef on medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, ensuring most liquid evaporates before adding sauce.
Once sauce is added to beef, cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes (or place them in a bowl with boiling water) then remove to stop cooking.
Cook veggies for 5 minutes until soft before adding noodles and remaining sauce.
Mix noodles and sauce on low heat until fully coated.
This meal tastes better the longer it stays in the fridge.
Reheat in a microwave or a pan with a little water for moisture.
