Directions

  1. 1Boil eggs for approximately 8-10 minutes.
  2. 2Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool down.
  3. 3Peel and chop the eggs.
  4. 4In a bowl, mix egg yolks with mayonnaise, black pepper, salt and mustard.
  5. 5Chop the egg whites.
  6. 6Mix the chopped egg whites with the egg yolk mixture, chives and capers.
  7. 7Shape the dough into small round pieces and cook them in a pan on medium heat.
  8. 8Fill the pita breads with the egg salad.

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 handful chives
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 pita bread dough
