Directions

  1. 1Pour 2 cups of heavy cream into a jar.
  2. 2Add 4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. 3Close the jar tightly and gently shake it back and forth a few times.
  4. 4Cover the jar with a paper towel and secure it with a rubber band.
  5. 5Let it sit on the counter for 12-24 hours.
  6. 6After 12-24 hours, give it a stir.
