Directions

  1. 1Mix sugar and butter.
  2. 2Stir in egg and vanilla.
  3. 3Mix with sifted flour, salt, and baking powder until a cookie dough is formed.
  4. 4Fold in chocolate drops.
  5. 5Place the first half of the dough into a greased form and press it up to the edge.
  6. 6Fill with Nutella and roll out the other half of the cookie dough.
  7. 7Place the other half of the dough over the Nutella and seal everything tightly.
  8. 8Sprinkle with extra dark chocolate chunks.
  9. 9Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection) for 30 minutes.

  • 210 g butter at room temperature
  • 220 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 shot vanilla flavoring
  • 330 g flour
  • 0.5 EL baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate chunks
  • 500 g Nutella
