Directions
- 1Mix sugar and butter.
- 2Stir in egg and vanilla.
- 3Mix with sifted flour, salt, and baking powder until a cookie dough is formed.
- 4Fold in chocolate drops.
- 5Place the first half of the dough into a greased form and press it up to the edge.
- 6Fill with Nutella and roll out the other half of the cookie dough.
- 7Place the other half of the dough over the Nutella and seal everything tightly.
- 8Sprinkle with extra dark chocolate chunks.
- 9Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (convection) for 30 minutes.
