  1. 1قص البطاطس إلى شرائح رفيعة جدًا.
  2. 2اغسل البطاطس عدة مرات لتقليل النشا.
  3. 3رش البطاطس بالزيت وبهار البطاطس وبهار الشواء والملح.
  4. 4قلب البطاطس جيدًا.
  5. 5ضع البطاطس في القلاية الهوائية.
  6. 6امزج الزبادي اليوناني مع البصل والثوم والكزبرة والبقدونس والشبنت.
  7. 7أضف عصير الليمون وبشر الليمون والملح والفلفل والسماق الفلسطيني إلى خليط الزبادي.
  8. 8أضف الدجاج المقطع صغار إلى السلطة.
