Directions

  1. 1ضع الزيت في قدر على النار.
  2. 2قطّع البطاطا شرائح رقيقة.
  3. 3اقلي شرائح البطاطا في الزيت حتى تتحمر.
  4. 4حضّر الصوص: امزج عصير الليمون، دبس الفليفلة، المايونيز، الملح، والبابريكا.
  5. 5قطّع الفلفل الأحمر والبصل الأحمر شرائح.
  6. 6أمزج الفلفل والبصل مع الصوص.
  7. 7أضف البصل الأخضر، المخلل، والبقدونس إلى الخليط.
  8. 8أضف شرائح البطاطا المقرمشة إلى الخليط وقلّب.

  • 5 حبات صغيرة بطاطا
  • 1 شوية عصير ليمون
  • 1 شوية دبس فليفلة
  • 2 معالق مايونيز

  • 1 حزمة بقدونس
