Cajun Caviar
Directions
- 1Chop toasted pecans.
- 2In a bowl, combine toasted pecans, Monterey Jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese.
- 3Chop green onions.
- 4Add green onions, reserving some for garnish.
- 5Add mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
- 6Mix well.
- 7Put the mixture down in a dish.
- 8Top it with red pepper jelly.
- 9Garnish with green onion.
- 10Serve it up with your favorite crackers.
