Directions

1Chop toasted pecans.
2In a bowl, combine toasted pecans, Monterey Jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese.
3Chop green onions.
4Add green onions, reserving some for garnish.
5Add mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning.
6Mix well.
7Put the mixture down in a dish.
8Top it with red pepper jelly.
9Garnish with green onion.
