Directions
- 1Place bacon slices in a frying pan.
- 2Cook bacon until crispy.
- 3Pour beaten eggs over the bacon.
- 4Place two slices of toast on top of the eggs.
- 5Add lettuce and tomato slices.
- 6Fold the toast over the filling and cook for a few seconds to toast the bread.
- 7Cut the sandwich in half.
