Boil 2 pounds of long macaroni noodles until al dente.

In a separate pan, add 2 cups of whole milk.

Add 1 cup of sour cream to the milk.

Melt the mixture on a very low heat.

Add 1 cup of Colby Jack cheese.

Add 8 ounces of Velveeta cheese.

Melt all the cheese down to form a cheese sauce.

Butter an aluminum pan, making sure to coat the sides as well.
