Directions

  1. 1Empty two cans of tuna into a bowl and mix.
  2. 2Add chopped red onion, chopped tomato, diced jalapeno, and cilantro.
  3. 3Add diced avocado and squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl.
  4. 4Season with salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise, then mix thoroughly.
  5. 5Optionally, place slices of mango habanero jack cheese on a piece of bread and toast it.
  6. 6Spread the tuna mixture onto the toasted cheese bread and top with Flamin' Hot Limon Doritos.
