4Mix your own taco seasoning using one part onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano, and two parts paprika, chipotle, chili powder, and sazon.
5Add the spices to the browned ground beef.
6Throw in some fresh mint.
7Add a little starch and then a bunch of water to the meat to deglaze the pan.
8To make the sauce, mix Mexican crema with sour cream.
9Mix in your favorite taco sauce into the crema and sour cream mixture.
10Mix in the same seasonings used for the meat into the sauce.
11In a healthy amount of oil, drop in a tortilla.
12Once the tortilla starts to talk back, give it a nice little flip.
13Quickly load half of the tortilla with cheese.
14Add the ground meat to the cheesy half of the tortilla.
15Fold and toast the tortilla.
16Stuff the tacos with some onions and cilantro.
17Generously dip the tacos in the prepared sauce.
