1Caramelize a small amount of sugar in a pot. Once melted, add a little hot water and let it melt again until it becomes a caramel sauce. Set aside to cool.
2In a pot, heat 500 ml of milk and one-third cup of condensed milk. Set aside.
3Whisk 4 eggs and half a teaspoon of vanilla. Gradually pour the milk mixture over the eggs while whisking continuously.
4Strain the mixture.
5Pour the mixture over the caramel. Place it in a water bath pot, cover it, and cook on medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
6Refrigerate for 4 hours, then invert and serve.
