Directions

  1. 1Add one can of drained Mexican style street corn to a mixing bowl.
  2. 2Blend a container of low-fat cottage cheese in your blender.
  3. 3Add the blended cottage cheese on top of the corn.
  4. 4Add one cup of cooked shredded chicken.
  5. 5Add about a quarter cup of chopped cilantro.
  6. 6Add one diced jalape no.
  7. 7Add two tablespoons of Mexican crema.
  8. 8Add three tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce.
  9. 9Add two tablespoons of Taj .
  10. 10Add one-third cup of queso fresco.
  11. 11Top it all off with the juice from one lime.
  12. 12Mix all the ingredients together real well.
  13. 13Throw this in your fridge until you're ready to serve it, or eat it by yourself.
  14. 14Take it out of the fridge when you're ready to eat it and transfer it to what you want to serve it in.
  15. 15If you happen to have any leftover cilantro or Taj , sprinkle it on top to make it look fancy.

  • 1 jalape no, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Mexican crema
  • 3 tablespoons your favorite hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Taj
  • 0.33 cup queso fresco
  • 1 juice from lime
  • 1 tortilla chip
  • 1 hot dog

Tips

  • If you don't want yours so spicy, you can use a much milder hot sauce.
  • If you happen to have any leftover cilantro or Taj in your pocket, sprinkle it on top to make it look fancy.
