Chicken Caesar Salad Sliders

Directions

  1. 1Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a bowl.
  2. 2Add Caesar dressing and parmesan cheese to the lettuce.
  3. 3Season with pepper.
  4. 4Coat chicken pieces in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  6. 6Heat oil in a 2-inch saute pan until it bubbles when a wooden spoon is inserted into it.
  7. 7Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil, making sure to place them away from you.
  8. 8Fry until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  9. 9Drain fried chicken on paper towels.
  10. 10Assemble the sliders by placing the chicken on the bottom halves of the buns.
  11. 11Top with caesar salad, then parmesan cheese and pepper.
  12. 12Add the top halves of the buns and slice into individual sliders.

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 bottle Ken's Caesar dressing
  • 1 handful parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 4 pieces sliced chicken breast
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 units egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup oil
