Add a tablespoon of olive oil, a teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, a teaspoon of salt, and black pepper to four pieces of pork steak.

Stir to mix the spices into the meat, ensuring the meat is well-wrapped in the spices.

In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil.

Add the pork steaks to the pan.

Fry the pork steaks for five minutes, then turn them over and fry on the other side until golden brown.

Remove the pork steaks and set them aside.

Add a tablespoon of butter to the same pan and let it melt.

Cut half a white onion into small cubes.

Once the onion has been diced, add it to the pan and let it fry for 2 minutes.

Add two cloves of chopped garlic and let it fry with the onion.

In a bowl, add orange juice, a tablespoon of mustard, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of soy sauce, and a tablespoon of cornstarch.

Mix the sauce ingredients very well.

Add this sauce to the frying pan with the onion and garlic.

Stir and cook the sauce for 2 minutes until it's a full-bodied sauce.

Put the pork steaks back into the pan.
