1Combine 1/2 cup cheddar cheese powder, 1/4 cup dry milk, 2 teaspoons butter powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika to make the dry mix.
2For each serving, measure out 3 tablespoons of the dry mix into a small snack bag.
3Measure 1/2 cup of small elbow pasta into a jar or microwave-safe vessel.
4Add 1/2 cup of water (or milk) to the pasta.
5Microwave for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pasta is cooked.
6Add 3 tablespoons of the dry cheese mix to the cooked pasta.
7Stir well to combine the cheese sauce with the pasta.
8If needed, add a couple of teaspoons of water or milk to achieve desired consistency.
9Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Tips
