Directions

  1. 1Rinse the chicken.
  2. 2Cover the chicken with olive oil.
  3. 3Season the chicken with seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, accent, and paprika to your liking.

  5. 5Spray a bacon dish with olive oil nonstick spray.
  6. 6Lay the seasoned chicken side by side in the dish.
  7. 7Mix 1 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon together.
  8. 8Carefully pour the water and bouillon mixture into the pan with the chicken.
  9. 9Add a couple dollops of softened butter to the pan.
  10. 10Cover the pan very tightly.
  11. 11Bake the chicken at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.

  13. 13Combine one full bottle of Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce, a drizzle of honey, 2/3 cups of brown sugar, and 1 cup of water.

  15. 15At the 45-minute mark, pull the chicken out of the oven.
  16. 16Baste the chicken, incorporating the juices at the bottom of the pan with the barbecue sauce mixture.
  17. 17Completely smother the chicken with the barbecue sauce.
  18. 18Put the chicken back in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.

Tips
