Directions
- 1Zest the orange peels, avoiding the pith.
- 2Mix the orange peels with sugar.
- 3Juice the oranges.
- 4Pour the orange juice into a pot with the orange peel-sugar mixture.
- 5Strain the mixture into a bottle to create orange soda syrup.
- 6Fill a glass with ice.
- 7Add a desired amount of orange soda syrup to the glass.
- 8Top with sparkling water.
- 9Garnish with an orange peel.
- 10Stir and enjoy.
