Dice steak into cubes.
Add paprika, salt and pepper to the steak cubes and mix well.
Cook the seasoned steak in a pan on high heat with cooking spray for 45 seconds per side until crispy.
For the mac and cheese sauce, mix low fat milk, light cream cheese, parmesan, half a chicken stock cube, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in a blender.
Blend the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Pour the blended sauce into a pan.
Add 1 teaspoon of paprika and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric for color to the sauce in the pan.
Stir the sauce on medium heat until it thickens up.
Add the cooked macaroni and a splash of pasta water to the sauce.
Mix well until it sounds like a squishing noise.
Finish by adding cheddar and mozzarella to the macaroni and cheese mixture to make it nice and cheesy.
Serve one-fourth of the mac and cheese with one-fourth of the seared steak bites on top.
