Adjust the amount of ranch to your liking.
For cooking chicken, pan-sear on medium heat for 3 minutes, flip, cover, and cook for 6 more minutes, then turn off heat and keep lid on for 5 minutes.
For the bacon, lay it on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or air fry. Cool on paper towels. Use 2 strips per wrap.
When assembling the rice paper, quickly dunk 3 thin rice paper sheets in warm water. Lay them out in a Venn diagram: 2 overlapping on the sides, 1 at the top. Add lettuce, 2 bacon slices, chicken, and veggies.
Fold the lettuce over the fillings, then fold the top rice paper sheet down. Tuck in the sides and roll it up burrito-style.
Mix all ranch ingredients together and adjust to taste.
Let the seasoned chicken sit for 30 minutes to come to room temperature before cooking.
Remember to add cheese and chives as toppings for your wrap!
