Directions

  1. 1Start by making the sauce: combine about a quarter cup of mayo, the juice of about half a lemon, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of Dijon, one clove of garlic, and some chopped fresh dill.

  3. 3Lightly sprinkle salt and pepper on the fish.
  4. 4Drizzle the sauce onto the salmon and coat it evenly with your hands.
  5. 5Bake the salmon in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. 6Cook the salmon for exactly 19 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. 7Let the salmon rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8Optionally, squeeze a little extra lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
