Directions
- 1Chop one yellow onion.
- 2Add some olive oil to a pot and heat it.
- 3Add the chopped onion to the pot.
- 4Chop one jalape get that added in, removing some seeds if desired for less spice.
- 5Add the chopped jalape get that added in to the pot.
- 6Add three cloves of garlic to the pot.
- 7Add a 7-ounce can of diced green chiles to the pot.
- 8Add two cans of lightly drained fire roasted diced tomatoes to the pot.
- 9Season with salt, pepper, about a teaspoon of paprika, about a teaspoon of chili powder, and some cumin.
- 10Add two cans of rinsed and drained Great Northern beans and one can of rinsed and drained pinto beans to the pot.
- 11Add half a cup of Frank's RedHot hot sauce to the pot.
- 12Add two tablespoons of butter to the pot.
- 13Add four cups of veggie broth to the pot.
- 14Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 15Add a few scoops (about three tablespoons) of cream cheese to the chili.
- 16Use an immersion blender to lightly blend the chili to thicken it up a little bit.
- 17Serve the chili in bowls and top with fresh cilantro.
- 18Serve with tortilla chips (specifically scoops).

Tips
