Tips
When combining the blended mixture with the flour, if the consistency is still runny add a bit more flour - if the consistency is too thin the buns may flatten rather than stay in shape.
Slightly wet your hands when placing & shaping the mixture on baking tray with baking paper to avoid it sticking to your hands.
Self raising flour can be substituted for plain all purpose flour, if substituting for plain all purpose flour additionally add 1 Tsp of baking powder & a dash of salt.
