Peanut Butter Fudge

Directions
- 1Begin by melting a pound of butter over low heat.
- 2Add 18 ounces of peanut butter to the melting butter and stir.
- 3Sift in two pounds of powdered sugar a little at a time, stirring as you go.
- 4Transfer the mixture to a 13x9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- 5Smooth out the fudge mixture in the pan.
- 6Place the pan in the fridge to set.
- 7Once set, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares.
