Directions
- 1Melt the chocolate, butter, and cooking oil together.
- 2In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
- 3Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
- 4Add the flour and cocoa powder to the mixture and mix until just combined.
- 5Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- 6Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes, then at 160°C (bottom heat) for 20-30 minutes.
