- 9Press down the mixture into the pan.
- 10Add the cream cheese to a bowl and mix.
- 11Add the vanilla flavour and the powdered sugar and mix.
- 12Add the Lotus Biscoff smooth spread and mix.
- 13Add Star Whip to a bowl and mix.
- 14Add the Star Whip to the cream cheese mixture and mix.
- 15Pour the mixture over the base.
- 16Add the Lotus Biscoff smooth spread on the top.
- 17Decorate the top with whipped cream and biscoff cookies.
