Crispy Chilli Beef
Directions
- 1Start off by cutting some peppers into thin strips
- 2Cut some white onions into long strips
- 3Chop up some green chillies
- 4Chop up four garlic cloves into small pieces
- 5Cut the beef steaks into small, thin strips
- 6Crack two medium eggs into a bowl
- 7Mix the beef with the eggs and then add a cup of cornflour and whisk it
- 8Heat the vegetable oil in a pan
- 9Add the peppers and onions into the pan and stir-fry
- 10Add the beef into the hot oil and stir-fry
- 11Prepare the sauce by mixing rice wine vinegar, dark soy sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, chilli flakes, chilli powder, honey and brown sugar in a bowl
- 12Add the beef and the stir-fried vegetables to the sauce
