Directions
- 1Cut off the top of a pineapple.
- 2Use a pineapple corer to remove the core and flesh from the pineapple, creating a hollow pineapple shell.
- 3Pour 6 oz of pineapple juice into a pitcher.
- 4Measure 4 oz of white rum.
- 5Add the measured white rum to the pineapple juice in the pitcher.
- 6Measure 4 oz of cream of coconut.
- 7Add the measured cream of coconut to the mixture in the pitcher.
- 8Measure 0.75 cup of water.
- 9Pour the water into the pitcher.
- 10Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the mixture.
- 11Whisk all ingredients together in the pitcher until well combined.
- 12Pour the mixture into the Ninja Slushi machine.
- 13Turn on the Ninja Slushi machine to mix and freeze the piña colada.
- 14Dispense the frozen piña colada into the hollowed-out pineapple shell.
- 15Top the piña colada with whipped cream.
- 16Garnish with a pineapple slice and insert a straw.
