Directions
- 1Prep the Caesar salad and put it in the fridge
- 2Press ground chicken onto tortillas (about a third of a pound each)
- 3Season with Gourmet Greek rub
- 4Turn on the griddle and oil it
- 5Cook on the griddle until the chicken is done
- 6Flip, shut off the heat, and crisp the tortillas
- 7Top with Caesar salad
- 8Serve
