Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Ice Cream Bars

Directions

  1. 1Add protein powder, sweetener and pudding mix to a bowl and mix.
  2. 2Add ground cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt.
  3. 3Add zero-cal brown sugar.
  4. 4Slowly add cold water and mix until you get a thick icing-like consistency.
  5. 5Add 1 container of fat-free cool whip.
  6. 6Mix to combine but don't overmix.
  7. 7Open a fresh box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
  8. 8Add 56g of crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch to the mix.
  9. 9Fold in the crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch but don't overmix.
  10. 10Add a popsicle stick to each mold.
  11. 11Add 1/10th of your Cinnamon Toast Crunch batter to each popsicle mold.
  12. 12Press the sticks so they are in the middle.
  13. 13Add the molds to the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.
  14. 14Once frozen, take them out of the molds.
  15. 15Optionally, coat in more crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
  16. 16Optionally, add a protein icing drizzle.
  17. 17Add back to the freezer if you added the drizzle.
  18. 18Enjoy.

  • 15 g PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder
  • 4 g Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • ground cinnamon
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • 15 g Zero Cal Brown Sugar
  • cold water
  • 1 container Fat Free Cool Whip
  • 56 g crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch
  • 45 g Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
  • 5 g Zero Cal Sweetener
  • 30 g Vanilla Whey/Casein Protein Powder
  • 30 g Powdered Sugar
  • 4 g Cheesecake Sugar-Free/Fat-Free Pudding Mix

Tips

  • These do melt fast so keep that in mind!
  • Store these in the freezer in a freezer safe bag once frozen so you can just grab and go when sweet treat o'clock hits during the week.
  • They stay amazing for weeks in the freezer so no rush to eat all of them even though you u2019ll want to haha.
