Season chicken breasts generously on all sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and seasoning salt.
Heat avocado oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side.
Add 2 tbsp butter to the pan and baste the chicken until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). While chicken is still warm, shred it using a stand mixer, hand mixer, or two forks.
Add cream cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella/monterey jack, green onions, and buffalo sauce to the shredded chicken. Mix well.
Prepare the garlic herb butter by melting 4 tbsp butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Assemble the sliders by spreading ranch on the bottom buns, then layering with monterey jack slices, the buffalo chicken mixture, and optional shredded cheese. Place the top buns on.
Brush the assembled sliders all over with the garlic herb butter.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining garlic butter.
