Crockpot Street Corn Chicken Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Add chicken breast to your crock pot and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dan-O's chili lime.
  2. 2Add a full block of cream cheese, the whole can of drained Mexican style street corn, and about a cup of chicken broth.
  3. 3Cook on high for two hours.
  4. 4Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and stir until creamy.
  5. 5Add cooked pasta.
  6. 6Add pepper jack cheese, heavy cream, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parmesan cheese.
  7. 7Stir everything until fully combined and creamy.
  8. 8Top with more Dan-O's chili lime and fresh cilantro and serve.

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp Dan-O's chili lime seasoning
  • 12 oz cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • chopped cilantro
