Directions

  1. 1Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  2. 2Shake without ice, then add ice and shake again.
  3. 3Double strain into a glass.
  4. 4Garnish with nutmeg, fresh cranberries, and dried citrus.

  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1/2 ounce cranberry syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce egg white

Tips

  • You can also use gin instead of tequila if you want.
  • Egg white is optional.
