Roll the mixture into 12 balls.
Melt chocolate gently in the microwave.
Add 1 tsp chocolate to each muffin liner, place a PB ball on top and flatten gently.
Cover with 2 tsp chocolate, tap tray to level, sprinkle salt, freeze until set.
Leaving out coconut oil from the chocolate and adding protein powder to the dry mix makes them lower in calories and higher in protein.
