Directions

  5. 5Brush the flour evenly over the potato slices.
  6. 6Stack the potato slices together.
  7. 7Fry the potato slices in hot oil.
  8. 8Remove the fried potato chips from the oil.
  9. 9Place the fried potato chips in a bowl.
  10. 10Add seasoning powder to the fried potato chips.
  11. 11Shake the bowl to coat the chips evenly with seasoning.
