Directions

1Grease your pan and use parchment paper to make them easy to remove.
2Melt and brown butter on med-low heat. If it starts to splatter too much turn down the heat.
3Once you start to see amber specks at the bottom, turn off the heat immediately.
4Add marshmallows and torch or broil for a few minutes.
5Turn the heat back on, allow marshmallows to start melting until they’ve softened.
6Add cereal to pan and turn off the heat. Coat evenly using a rubber spatula.
7Transfer cereal to prepared grease lined pan. Press down firmly and evenly.
8Let treats cool to room temp. Remove from pan and cut into desired squares using a grease knife.
