Directions
- 1Grease your pan and use parchment paper to make them easy to remove.
- 2Melt and brown butter on med-low heat. If it starts to splatter too much turn down the heat.
- 3Once you start to see amber specks at the bottom, turn off the heat immediately.
- 4Add marshmallows and torch or broil for a few minutes.
- 5Turn the heat back on, allow marshmallows to start melting until they’ve softened.
- 6Add cereal to pan and turn off the heat. Coat evenly using a rubber spatula.
- 7Transfer cereal to prepared grease lined pan. Press down firmly and evenly.
- 8Let treats cool to room temp. Remove from pan and cut into desired squares using a grease knife.
