Directions
- 1Melt the butter in the microwave.
- 2In a bowl, cream together the melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- 3Add in the eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
- 4Stir in the vanilla extract and oil.
- 5Add baking soda, sea salt, and cornstarch. Mix until combined.
- 6Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until just combined.
- 7Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 baking pan and spread evenly.
- 8Chop the chocolate bar into small pieces and sprinkle over the batter.
- 9Bake at 350°F until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- 10Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
