Directions

Pour boiling water into a pot.

Add 170g noodles to the boiling water.

Cook the noodles for 7 minutes.

Drain the noodles and set them aside.

Add 1 tsp sesame oil to a pan.

Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger to the pan.

Cook until the garlic and ginger are toasted.

Add 500g lean ground beef to the pan.

Cook the beef until brown.

Add 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce to the beef.

Add 1/4 cup any broth to the beef.

Add 1/4 cup water mixed with 1 tsp corn starch to the beef.

Add 2 tbsp sweetener to the beef mixture.

Mix until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the beef.

Add green onions to the noodles and beef.

Add sesame seeds to the noodles and beef.
